Review | ELF Lock On Liner and Brow Cream

Preface: I have never used creams in my brows prior to this review, so I won't be comparing these to any other brand, maybe I will in the future if that would be more helpful.

ELF has launched a brand new [amazing] product and concept to their line, the Lock On Liner and Brow Creams ($4 each), available in four shades; Taupe Blonde, Light Brown, Medium Brown, Espresso.
"This cream glides on smoothly to sculpt, shade, and define brows. It can also be used as eyeshadow or eyeliner for gorgeous, long-lasting color."

The Lock On Liner and Brow Creams packaging is similar to the Smudge Pots, sturdy clear plastic pots with secure twist-on caps. The formula is a thick cream, very smooth, easy to work with and blend. These are very pigmented, but because they are creamy (and specifically not gel-like, no slip to them), they can be sheered or built up to fit your style. They are pretty quick to set, but within the dry time, they can be smudged and blended as you please. Once they set, they stay put for hours without fading or flaking. They are not marketed as waterproof, but they are definitely long wearing.

Pretty much, the ELF Lock On Liner and Brow Creams are phenomenal! So much so, I am crossing my fingers that ELF will use this formula for a line of cream liners and cream shadows. I'd buy two of each if they offered skin tones and rainbow colors!
