Review | ELF Cream Blush Palettes

Ever since ELF released their powder Blush Palettes (reviewed here), I've been internally wishing for these Cream Blush Palettes ($6.00) to come out, mainly because I like to layer cream blush and powder blush for longer wearing color, but I also LOVE ELF's HD Blushes, the cream blushes in pump bottles, so I was anxious to see if these cream blushes were comparable in vibrancy and blendability. Luckily, these cream blushes do not disappoint, OMG they are so good!

They offer two palettes, Soft and Bold. I think the Soft is more for lighter skin tones, it features a light pinks and peaches, while the Bold is more suitable for darker skin tones with remarkably richer colors in coral, pink, and berry colors. The color payoff is definitely on par with the HD Blushes, and the blendability is just as great as the Cream Contour Palette (that review here). I have been using the ELF Small Stipple Brush to apply and blend, as well as sheer down the Bold palette. I have used my fingers too, dabbing on a few spots of color and using another clean finger to blend it in.

The formula is creamy and smooth to apply, it dries to a satin finish. They don't set for good on their own, so I recommend using a translucent powder or powder blush on top to set in place for hours.
For the photos below, I applied a shade from each palette, in a sheer wash of color to show how wearable these shades can be, you of course can intensify the color by adding more if desired.
