Life Coaching

Having a life coach isn't a luxury reserved for dream lives or lavish self-care. It's not a splurge, and it's certainly not high-maintenance.

It's about having someone who listens deeply - not just to your words, but to the truths beneath them. Someone who hears what you’re really longing for, even when your dreams, goals, or fears are still forming.

A coach offers steady presence and perspective. They gather the pieces you bring - the patterns, the feelings, the scattered intentions - and help you see them as a path.

There are seasons in life when something inside us whispers: it’s time to shift. Sometimes it shows up in your external world - your environment, your relationships. Sometimes it’s internal - your identity, your values, your soul. Whatever your journey, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

In a world full of noise, pressure, and programming, it can be hard to hear your own soul clearly. And even when you're ready to change, it’s not always easy to know where to begin. A coach helps quiet the static, sort through the fog, and create rhythm in your growth - so your alignment can rise up with clarity, strength, and purpose.

Coaching is not about fixing you. It’s about walking beside you as you remember who you are.

Krystal’s Coaching Philosophy

What inspired you to become a life coach?

The people that I have connected with over the years, who have come to me and expressed how I have positively effected them in their own self-improvement journeys, they are the beginning point of my coaching passion. I never really saw myself as teaching and guiding until it was pointed out to me over and over and over :) It became a pattern of synchronicity that I couldn’t justify ignoring anymore. I finally took the time to look at myself, accept my fierce integrity to stand firm in authenticity and love and compassion - I woke up to my purpose in this life - connecting with people near and far to be present in their lives with them as they heal and evolve.

How does your personal story connect to the kind of clients you want to help?

Without getting into a 30 year trauma dump on yall - I’ve healed my mind, heart, soul, and energy from various abuses I’ve experienced, and my own survival mode phase. I’ve nurtured my love to heal and grow and expand to a place I never imagined was possible for me. I’ve been through CPTSD, narcissistic abusive relationships, toxic people, traumatic experiences, and my own narcissism and hurtful behaviors towards myself and others. My lifestyle for the past 15+ years has been focused on inner work, self improvement, accountability, healing from abuses, true deep forgiveness, and learning to ground myself in love and center my spirit in expanding my knowledge and wisdoms.

How do you hold space for clients - what makes your style unique?

My deepest values are authentic patience and presence, with an energy space of compassion to listen and see people with higher self clarity. I’ve been told I have a calming air around me, where you are free to speak and feel without fears of judgement or shame. We all behave in ways that we think we need to, so there’s only lessons to be learned, wisdoms to acquire. I believe in taking things step by step, once you learn one concept to open your mind and heart, then we’ll graduate to the next thing. My philosophy is to teach you the tools you can use to achieve your dreams, and encourage you to soar on your own. I don’t believe in retaining clients, but I do respect those who value keeping a life coach as a balance of presence in their lifestyles.

Do you combine spiritual, practical, or creative tools in your coaching?

Yes to all of it! Everything we know from psychology, therapies, spirituality, philosophy, exercises in energy and consciousness - it is all relative to living in alignment and accomplishing evolution of the Self.

What does self-improvement and inner work mean to you?

Self-Improvement is the natural evolution we experience when we mature within. How we self reflect and assess ourselves: did we like how we reacted to something, how we behaved during an interaction, how we treated someone when we were in our feelings, have we really let go of a wound??? That is the space we create to self-improve. Sit with ourselves, in the feels, and make choices on how to respond differently next time, uncover the lessons to learn. It’s integral to inner work, the self-awareness plus the intentional actions we agree to shift. Change doesn’t happen if change doesn’t happen.

How do you help clients uncover their own strengths and passions?

This might sound cliché: I ask questions and listen. A lot of the time, we’re already saying the answers we’re searching for, but because it’s our own voice over and over, it’s harder to HEAR the messages in between the stories, feelings, details. My role is not to fix anything at all, rather it is to highlight your emotional patterns so you can slow down and translate them yourself. Sometimes, it’s some really simple ah-ha moments, and other times it’s hard truths we subconsciously have been avoiding or denying within ourselves. Either way, the process leads you to your aligned passions - be them values, interests, or healing.

Coaching is a resource to support your desired lifestyle, having stress-free access to your coach without worrying about an hourly rate, means that you don’t have to valuate your needs. My coaching is focused on being available to you during your processing of change and learning. With a monthly fee, we can meet as often as you need, email every week if you want, we can even set a goal timeline to fit your budget. What does coaching even look like?

Weekly Check-in Calls

Check-ins are a great space of time to slow down and have presence with your journey. Some of the things we’ll focus on are:

  • soft goals of the week

  • designating time for learning a new way of handling something in your life

  • weekly reflection on progress, adjustments, resources needed

  • assistance with incorporating new tools

  • open feelings on any pressing conflicts

Soft goals - progress that works

Sometimes jumping into a new mindset to make changes can feel overwhelming and challenging in knowing where or how to start.

We will discuss your dream or ideal version of yourself, and then pin point a soft goal to meet in your pursuit of evolution.

Experiencing the exercise of self-awareness and shifting your perspective to achieve the soft goals - retrains your system to develop self-trust.

I hope that this page has helped shed light on the workings and benefits of having a life coach in your support system.

Trying something new can feel unsure and you might be asking yourself, “is this worth the money?”

Look at it this way - instead of retail therapy, or going out for drinks, or booking an escapism vacation - what if you invested in your heart, mind, and soul and truly expanded yourself?

What would that look like for you?

If you see the vision - this might be where you’re meant to be on your path towards where you’re meant to be going!
